Do I stand a better chance of winning if I fight the ticket in person?

We think it's better to fight your ticket by mail. Imagine the time and effort (not to mention having to deal with fighting traffic and finding parking) to go to court for your ticket. We think it's way better to fight by mail.

By using the paperwork generated by you receive a professionally-generated defense that is specific to your particular ticket.

Unless your municipality requires an in-person hearing, it is generally not worth the time.   If you are successful, you get a dismissal by mail! Now what can be better or easier than that?
